- How long is the price on my order valid for?
- All quotes are valid for 14 days, after 14 days have passed your order will expire and you will need to resubmit the order.
- What happens if I forget to include my delivery note?
- This should not be a problem as we are able to locate your laptop through the details you entered through the website however it is best to contact us to let us know you have forgotten to include it.
- What if I choose the wrong model or forget to mention any damage to the laptop?
- No need to worry, after checking your laptop our team will contact you with a revised offer which you can accept and be paid or decline and have your laptop returned to you free of charge.
